Area Manager
Horeca Italy
The identified resource will be responsible for managing commercial activities in the HORECA Italy market.
Main responsibilities:

managing and maintaining the current customer portfolio in order to implement the products offered by the company;

development of new business, by scouting new customers of strategic interest;
-
definition of commercial strategies aimed at introducing a greater variety of items within the sales channels of interest;
-
identifying and regularly visiting strategic customers for the company's objectives; managing pricing strategies agreed with the Italy manager;
-
cooperating with the Italy sales manager in defining development plans and strategies for each assigned channel;
-
achievement of sales objectives and implementation of commercial strategies, concluding negotiations in compliance with quantitative and qualitative constraints and oriented towards maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty;
-
supervising the management of orders and delivery times of agreed products.
The following is required:

availability to travel within the area of competence;
-
availability to participate in trade fairs in the sector.
Preferred qualifications are

the ability to plan, schedule and organise activities;
-
good computer knowledge, in particular Office Package, ERP, CRM and BI;
-
sales experience;
-
diploma or degree in economics;
-
orientation towards achieving objectives;
-
curiosity and proactive attitude;
-
good empathic and interpersonal skills;
-
propensity to organise and manage activities independently.
