Warehouse Operator

Martellato is an Italian company with a strong international focus, specialized in the design and production of solutions for the pastry, gelato, bakery, and HO.RE.CA sectors.

To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join a structured warehouse organized by batches, with over 10,000 active SKUs and equipped with an automated vertical storage system.

The Role

The selected candidate will join an organized and dynamic environment and will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading goods

• Handling materials using a forklift and order picker

• Order preparation and picking activities

• Arranging and storing goods according to batch management logic

• Checking the correspondence between documents and incoming/outgoing goods

• Supporting inventory activities and warehouse reorganization

Requirements

• Valid forklift license (mandatory requirement)

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in structured warehouses

• Attention to detail and strict compliance with safety regulations

• Experience in operating forklifts and order pickers

• Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
