Export Area Manager - French

To strengthen our international sales structure, we are looking for an Export Area Manager to directly and strategically oversee the development of French-speaking markets, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating business in the assigned areas, working closely with distributors, commercial partners, and key clients.
Specifically, the role will include:

Developing target markets by identifying and activating new dealers and commercial partners

Managing and strengthening the existing client portfolio

Defining and conducting commercial negotiations, from acquisition through to agreement finalization

Maintaining long-term commercial relationships, including renegotiation of terms when necessary

Achieving revenue and margin targets agreed upon with Management

Developing new business opportunities through structured prospect follow-up

Participating in and, when necessary, organizing trade fairs and industry events, also in collaboration with local partners.

Requirements

Previous experience of at least 1–3 years in export sales roles or as an Area Manager

Strong knowledge of B2B commercial dynamics, preferably within structured and international environments

Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level)

Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus

Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40–50% of the time)

Independent approach, results-oriented mindset, and ability to build long-term commercial relationships​
