Role The Customer Service (M/F) with English language will have to:

• Process customer requests in after-sales;

• Interfacing with different company departments to optimise processes;

• Support the logistics area;

• Reporting to the Sales Manager and following up directly with some customers. The successful candidate The Customer Service (M/F) with English language ideal candidate has: - Fluent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2).

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role or in sales in general;
